Wakefield Scouts also has a number of other roles at the District level we are looking for volunteers for, you don’t already have to be Scout to help us with any of these positions. Our volunteers in Wakefield Scouts give our young people the opportunity to take part in Scouting, learn new skills and encounter new adventures on a weekly basis. Volunteering in Scouting in Wakefield can be flexible meaning you can give as much or a little time as you can to suit you.

Most of our volunteers work with our young people on a weekly basis. If this is for you, please find the Group you are interested in joining and click on the volunteer button on the webpage. You can also volunteer in the background at the Group as a trustee or by looking after the equipment.
